Have a Frosty Weekend!

A few days ago I had the AC on in the car. This is what we woke up to this morning:

Everything is closed, except Husband's work, so we are keeping warm inside our frost covered home. 

 Look at this baby's hair! ^^

 Lest you get the wrong impression, this is not snow. This is tiny ice balls everywhere. It was too cold to snow...

It started out as rain, so everything is glazed in ice. Every twig and branch of every tree, every (dead now) mint leaf or onion plant is coated in a sheath of ice. It is beautiful. The temperature here wont break 30 until next week, so we'll be inside our ice house for a while.

I just finished this baby bonnet last night, so V is able to keep warm when we go outside -only for a minute.

The roads are pretty dangerous so we'll just stay home and I'll try to finish some mittens for V. I don't mind though, this feels more like December than 75 and sunny.
