| We got our token snow day last Monday. |

| The kids were out in it as soon as they woke up. It was so exciting because the forecast kept changing and we were pretty certain we wouldn't get any snow. |

| Victorian-era German apple cake. It was made with almond flour and had such a lovely flavor and texture. Next time we'll just do sliced apples instead. The whole apples are lovely but a bit tricky to eat. |
