| The old hobby will never die. These are tarantulas Auntie Erica bravely caught for us in Oklahoma. Theo still begs to pin out bugs almost every day and you wouldn't believe the number of bits of cardboard we have lying about studded with bug carcasses and pins. They ran out of (my) pins, so we had to go get them their own box of pins and a pin cushion so I could keep some of mine for actual sewing... |

Loudly to everyone sitting at the table, "Why is Veronica always so rude?" Also, while Veronica is not doing anything and in fact he's kicking her under the table.
"Ok gr-irl" To Veronica. Not rude, but it really upsets her so he ends every sentence to her with it...

No particular quotes, just that she has been micro-correcting every sentence we say. We're working on learning to give people grace and listen to what they mean and without needing to pick apart every word they use... The trials of having a very eloquent and intelligent 7 year old.
There aren't many photos or quotes this week. Everyone has had a rough cold. And Theo went home sick on Thursday with a very high fever. He kept his fever all weekend. Poor guy. He's such a little pest to his sister when he's ill one minute and then a dripping pathetic creature the next.
