SIXTEEN

Theodore is collecting june bugs and encapsulating them in Easter eggs. They apparently make the perfect bug containers.
2018 week sixteen

In honor of Earth Day and conservation, V brought home approximately 100 pieces of paper teaching us how to reduce, reuse, recycle.

V was so excited that it was her turn to bring home the preschool class pet Lucky this weekend.

We took a long walk to the park on Friday to play. When I checked the weather for that day the app literally just said: Beautiful. Indeed it was.

Sunday morning V did Theo's hair and her own hair and dressed them both. She was so very proud.
Quotes:

Veronica:

"Oh sweet bubble nips." Veronica to Luna.

"I'm going to give you hearts and stars." The greatest compliment V can think to give to me.

Me- "What's that?"
V-"Something I drew. You can have it."
Me- "Thanks."
V- "Actually, I blew my nose on it so you probably don't want it."

Theodore:
Before Theodore will pretend to play something he always checks with me if it has a penis first.
Theo-"Spider have penis?" "Bear have penis?" "Daddy's have penis?"
Me- "Papa has a penis yes."
Theo- "Yeah. Big BIG penis."

"What's the next letter?" When Theo can't remember the next line of the poem he asks me for the next letter.

Theo wants me to sing "Wheels on the Firetruck" every blasted night. He especially likes the line "The Ax on the firetruck goes chop chop chop."

Me- "I can still hear them making noise. Can you go yell at them ...nicely, please?"
