Baby Shower

The extremely generous women in my ward threw me a baby shower last week. I didn't even know that many women in the ward knew me and would want to come to a baby shower. It was so fun. Plus, baby showers are full of presents. Let's be honest. All of the food was delicious, and the presents were great, and I had the best time getting to know more people, and eating cream puffs. yum

I let two of our Activity Days girls take all the photos, until the battery started to die. Upon further inspection I realized that they had been taking all videos and no photos. I don't think they realized it though. So we put the camera away. We did get a few good photos. But mostly I want to say thank you to everyone who attended/threw the baby shower. It was so fun, and I feel so grateful.


Plus, I got like $400 worth of cloth diapers that a woman couldn't use any more. Can you say score? I'm over the moon. Husband? He's still not convinced. Can someone please explain to him how expensive normal diapers are? Also, can you explain to him that newborn poop isn't like normal poop? Also, explain to him that the washing machine is not infected or contaminated because poop or throw up residue goes into it? PLEASE, tell him he will have more throw up on his clothes than there will be solid poop in a newborn diaper. Help a sister out here.
