Lifetouch sent me a preview of my kids school photos. Theo looks so big and handsome.

2022 week forty-five

And then Veronica... Poor thing definitely was overthinking her smile. Matt asked if the photographer was a naked ghost. I showed her and she thought it was hilarious and said she didn't want a retake. 

Friday was Theo's Egypt festival day. 

I got to come hang out in his classroom for a while and we built a sugar pyramid. 

Veronica brought her Native American nesting dolls to play with while Theo was in karate. 

We finally got out of the 70s and 80s and then it was in the 30s. Saturday was a good day to harvest as many of the tabasco peppers as I could to make pepper vinegar. 

It was one of many things that had to be picked before it really started to freeze. 

While I got to go visit Mrs. Jones and her beautiful babies, Matt and the kids set up the terrarium for the gecko that V will get next weekend at Repticon. 

We did a test run for smoking a turkey. We did the two halves with different rubs. Tonight we ate the 5 spice powder rub with baked sweet potatoes with sesame soy butter. Amazing Thanksgiving/Asian fusion. 

Also, Matt's cousin Dawn came down for a quick visit and we happily got to host her for the evening.
