| Matt got to chaperone the third grade field trip to the zoo on Monday. |

| Just a bunch of silly girls and all the critters. |

| School was out on Wednesday. I still had to work the rest of the week, the kids wasted no time getting straight into the swing of summertime playing outside. Theo has already dug a 2 foot by 2 foot hole by the compost bin. It was the only place I was certain there were no sprinkler lines. Please do not prove me wrong, son. |

| At the cousins house I acquired a new fluttery hair accessory. This little guy hung out on my headband for almost an hour. |

| Matt went with his friend to a shooting competition. He said he placed dead last but had a lot of fun. |

| Our garlic has all cured and my kitchen is starting to don its seasonal witchy vibe. |
