| We had friends over one day this week. I hoped that by making them walk over a mile and play at the park for an hour that they would all take good naps. I was wrong. |
It started with crawling through prickly squash vines scraping bug eggs off the stems with a razor blade and ended with ripping half the leaves off my tomato plants because they probably have blight. But I know I couldn't quit attempting to garden if I tried. Sigh.

"After bed" is the phrase she uses instead of "tomorrow" or "in the morning." Those phrases seem too far away, but "after bed" seems close enough.
