And this year, completely by accident (I swear!) I really wanted In-N-Out for our anniversary date. Luckily there was on in Dallas, TX.

It really wasn't meant to be a thing, we'll see what we do next year. Who knows, I may just inexplicably have a hankering for In-N-Out.
We also went to the Galleria Mall. It was one of the biggest malls I've ever been to. I think, however, that the Tuilleries in Paris was bigger.
And Husband was the most gracious Husband in the world and let me fulfill a lifelong dream: to go here
I have loved American Girl since I was 4 years old. Can you imagine that? For the first 12 years of my life I scoured American Girl catalogs, read the books and played with the dolls. I still have my original Felicity doll. She is now 19 years old. When I found out that there was an American Girl place in Dallas I had my mom ship me my doll, knowing that some day I would go, and I could get her restored a little.
I nearly cried when I walked in. There were some of my old favorites and many many new dolls. I wanted to look at everything. But first, I had business to attend to.
My doll got her hair did and her skin cleaned. The salon girls were impressed with what good condition she was in and that it was an "original" Felicity. They don't make her anymore!
Husband just sat back and let me revel in fulfilling a childhood dream and touch everything in the store. He also laughed at me a little bit, which was probably fitting, but I didn't care. It was a magical feeling connecting with my inner 5 year old. She would have died there -happily.
After my doll adventure, we went to Zara and bought Husband the most smokingest suit one could ever find. And the suit coat, pants and shoes were on $200! Happy Anniversary Husband! I love you!
I noticed you are wearing a silver watch (I'm NOT A CREEP).
