Dear Nicole,

We love your cookies so much. We cannot help but eat every single one as they come out of the oven. Thank you for sharing your perfect recipe with us. They will forever be known as Nicole's Cookies in our house.

Nicole's Cookies

400 degrees 6 minutes

2 c sugar

2 c brown sugar

2 c butter

cream butter and sugar

4 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

add vanilla and eggs one at a time

1 tsp salt

2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

4 c flour

5 c oats

sift dry ingredients together and add to the wet

1 bag chocolate chips

handful chopped pecans

handful shredded coconut

add chocolate pecans and coconut at the end

I would add dried cranberries if I were the one to make them, but Husband doesn't like to "gnaw through hidden fruit" in his cookies.
