More Hogwarts photos to come soon.
First, for the rest of the week I'll be posting the recipes I'm making for Thanksgiving: Clam Dip, Grandma Ronnie's Sausage Stuffing, and Pumpkin Pie.
Those are my contributions to this year's festivities. And they are some of my favorite things to eat.
I don't have a photo of the Clam Dip yet. I'm making it tonight, so I'll update this post later with a photo. But, here is the recipe. It is a good one. My family ate this at every major holiday and sometimes in between because it is just so good.
Clam Digger's Dip
1 (6.5 oz) can Snows by Bumble Bee Minced Clams, drained RESERVE 2 tbsp liquid
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce (for those who are confused, like my Husband, it's pronounced "Wors-ter-sure")
a dash of tabasco
blend together the cheese, sour cream and clam liquid until smooth. stir in remaining ingredients. cover chill and serve with Ruffles
Let the feasting begin!
Oooohhhhhh, I have everything but the ruffles. Totally making this today. Sounds delish. Hurry up with the sausage stuffing recipe, will ya?
ReplyDeleteMissing you and your clam dip. Thanksgiving won't be the same without you and Matt!
