2021 week fifty

I tried a new bread method that was NOT very labor intensive, and look at these gorgeous results. I have never made a bread with such a beautiful crumb structure. 

I went to a white elephant party where I won a cookbook I've been really wanting (Food Lab) and when I brought it home Matt grabbed his Christmas present to me from under the tree and laughed and said, "Well, you once again ruined your Christmas present surprise." Somehow I had won the exact book he had bought me for Christmas.

While I was at the white elephant party, Matt had a Young Mens video game reunion. Everyone got taller except Matt. :)
