Magical Dry Ice Bath

When you see it... 

This was our shocking flooring under the carpet in V's room. We had to leave it exposed to dry the foundation concrete for a week.

Now every time we step on our new carpet it feels so luxurious and deep. V was so happy to have her own bedroom back. 

At her last cub scout camp fire of being a wolf. 

Last weekend I took off Friday from work and we did a sisters-in-law trip to San Antonio. We didn't take any photos except this one for my students. Funyun lives in a tiny Alamo and they wanted to see the real thing as well. We just walked around San Antonio for two days eating and talking and looking at things. Cameras weren't really necessary. 

The kids got a special McDonalds date with Papa and a duck pond while I was away. They seemed like they had almost as good a weekend as I did and they weren't even on vacation.
