THIRTY-ONE

Monday afternoon visit to the ER. She is fine. Just a dislocated elbow... This is what happens when you try to stop a toddler from throwing herself head first down two flights of stairs.  Good news: the ER was empty; they were so nice and attentive (crackers and juice boxes); and we didn't have to pay. I brought them a dozen of the best donuts Lewisville has to offer the next day.

2014 week thirty-one

Another rainy summer week. I will never complain about that, especially since my tomatoes are still alive and over 6 feet tall at this point!

Finished Quilt!  It's smaller than I thought it would be, but it is my favorite so far.

Wednesday library time. Too much fun for this little one, especially when it was preceded by riding in the bike chariot to the library. She loves that thing.

Rainy Thursday movie party. 8 kids, 3 mamas, 1 freaked out cat, and a lot of popcorn on the floor :)

Carrot bouquet
And now it's time to start planting my fall garden. Husband shoveled in half a yard of dirt on Saturday and its lying there beautiful and black and waiting for me to fill with little tasty seeds.
